It’s warm and cosy in the Carado, and the glow from fairy lights or a few candles creates a pleasant atmosphere. A great opportunity to get out a pack of cards or some board games and start rolling the dice. Or perhaps get together with your kid, grab the colouring pencils and just draw the day away. It’s a really relaxing activity and fun for the whole family. Then at night, all three of you can cosy up together in the large bed and take turns reading from your child’s favourite book.
My little list would be: Transparent boxes with lids to keep things tidy Macrame hanging for plants or fruit Our macrame curtain as a perfect privacy screen and beautiful decorative element Nice melamine camping tableware Protective sheets to protect against sand or (dog) hair in bed What did you find particularly fascinating about this type of travel?: The closeness to nature, the feeling of freedom and the spontaneity. And what did you like best about your Carado CV600?: The pop-up roof!
Maybe it's the low number of visitors or maybe it's the idyllic nature - the Plitvice Lakes exceeded our expectations by far. For a whole 9 hours we stroll along wooden walkways over the water, marvelling and admiring the cascading lake landscapes from various angles. A spot on earth that could not be more magical. On the trail of Winnetou: If you're thinking "Hey, I know these lakes from somewhere...", you're probably not far wrong.

Venice - so close (and yet so far): The Road-Trip Since we were reliant on the ferry schedule, we had two days to get from our home to the crossing port of Livorno - a total distance of 800 kilometres. If we had had one more day, we would certainly have stayed one more night at our first stop, Camping Fusina, in Venice and not just looked at the city from afar.
Protective cover The multifunctional protective cover protects the seating area of your Carado motorhome with its water, animal hair, dirt and stain-repellent properties. This makes it particularly practical for families with children and pet owners. The wipe-clean protective cover can be washed at up to 60°C and is quick and easy to fit. Color-coordinated and perfectly matched to the Carado motorhome seating group, it is a useful helper for all Carado drivers.
Far away from standardised trips, we set off on an unforgettable road trip through the south of Iceland. Far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, off the beaten tourist track. We are hoping for a real time-out, unforgettable landscapes, unique encounters and above all: breathtaking photos. To the travel report Italy IT | T448 | Camping with Children Traveling with Mamihaft Mamihaft, known for her inspiring content about family and parenting, spent two weeks in a Carado motorhome.
Although the air temperature was usually only around 20 degrees and the water was never more than 18 degrees, I was never cold. You need a long wetsuit at least three millimetres thick for surfing. When it comes to clothing, you should also have a warm, lined jacket for the evenings and a rain jacket for the recurring drizzle. Our next beach trip in Wales to Manorbier Beach was also worth the journey on the ever-narrowing roads.
