7-year waterproofing guarantee
All Carado models from model year 2020 include our full seven-year waterproofing guarantee. An annual inspection by an authorised Carado partner reliably protects the bodywork against moisture – so you travel with peace of mind and maintain your vehicle’s value for the long term.

Leutkirch
In the Allgäu we continually advance the Carado brand, designing and refining our entire product range. The very place others choose for their holidays inspires us to deliver the best for our customers.
Neustadt
Our state-of-the-art production facility, Capron GmbH in Neustadt, Saxony (near Dresden), builds every Carado motorhome and camper van. Skilled employees there apply their full expertise to develop and manufacture our high-quality leisure vehicles.
Poland
The relatively new but rapidly growing Erwin Hymer Group factory in the heart of Nowa Sól is a place where recreational vehicles for many brands – including Carado – are brought to life. Here, a passion for travel meets the highest quality standards, while experience blends seamlessly with innovation. Together, we create motorhomes that inspire people to discover the world.
Vehicle collection at the factory
Carado customers have the option of collecting their new vehicle directly from the CAPRON GmbH factory. Collecting your vehicle from the factory is a special experience and offers an exclusive glimpse behind the scenes of vehicle production.
What to expect during your factory collection
- Your vehicle will be ready for collection at the factory
- Exclusive factory tour (if you arrive by 10:00)
- Lunch at the CAPRON Bistro (if you arrive by 12:00)
- Personal handover of your vehicle, including a detailed briefing
Please enquire about the cost of the factory collection directly with your dealer.
To ensure your collection goes smoothly, the following procedure applies
- The factory collection must be booked at the same time as ordering the vehicle through your dealer
- Once your vehicle is ready, the dealer will be informed and will receive the vehicle documents as usual, which they will then hand over to you
- Once the dealer has given their approval, CAPRON GmbH will contact you directly to arrange a collection date
- Please bring your ID card, registration documents and number plates with you when collecting the vehicle
Important information
- Factory collections are only possible by prior appointment
- No factory collections take place during company holidays (summer and Christmas)
- During seasonal peak periods (particularly spring and summer), there may be waiting times when booking appointments
