• How is Carado as a manufacturer dealing with the Corona crisis?
Our top priority in this exceptional situation is the health and well-being of our employees, partners and, of course, customers, for whom we will continue to use all the means at our disposal. Of course, we immediately took comprehensive precautions in the wake of the first public reports, which we have continuously adapted.
• Why is Carado cancelling participation in trade fairs and major events until further notice?
The health of our employees, customers and trade partners is our top priority. The demands that the Corona pandemic will continue to bring in the coming months make an informal atmosphere and intensive exchange at a trade fair or major event impossible. This also applies to the high standards we at Carado have always set for our company's advice and services. For this reason, we will not be participating in any trade fairs or major events until further notice. Our products will continue to be available in a safe environment and with the usual comprehensive advice at our trade partners and on our digital platforms.
• Is the delivery date of my vehicle guaranteed?
Due to interruptions in the supply chain, there may be occasional delays in delivery. We ask for your understanding in this regard! If you have any further questions about your new vehicle and the upcoming delivery date, please contact your dealer.
• Can I still collect my vehicle from the dealer?
In parts of Europe, collection is currently not possible due to legal regulations. In this country, the situation varies due to individual regulations of the respective state governments. We therefore ask you to contact your dealer directly for more information.
• Do I lose my warranty claim if I cannot keep the relevant service appointments?
Generally you will not lose your warranty claim. Please contact your dealer by telephone if you are affected by this situation.
• What happens if I have a problem with my vehicle that cannot be postponed?
Please contact your dealer in advance by telephone to check availability and to give advance notice of workshop visits. Whether the workshops of our trade partners are open depends on the legal regulations in the respective federal state. Please understand if it is currently not possible to arrange an appointment.
• Are factory tours still taking place in Neustadt in Saxony at the moment?
The health and well-being of our employees, partners and, of course, customers are our top priority. Unfortunately, due to the necessary pandemic protection measures, no more tours can take place at the moment. At the moment, we can only arrange possible viewing appointments with reservations. Depending on the further development of the situation, already confirmed appointments can still be cancelled. On dates that cannot be selected, the maximum number of persons has already been reached or, unfortunately, no viewing is possible for operational reasons.
• Are there any pitches that are still open at the moment or is there any information about which pitches are closed?
